One of my soccer stars!

There goes William!

 I love this picture!

I had taken William to his soccer practice...he was having a game the following weekend, but I wasn't going to be able to watch it.  I just love to watch him play!

 In some drills, he wore the practice pinnie to show he was on one team or the other.  Other drills he was just in his own shirt.

 He forgot his shin guards...oops!

 Look at the expression on his face.

So intense!

That red face!  That just shows the intensity with which he plays!

He's definitely a soccer star!

Rest in Peace, Parry!

This is Parry...Parry the parakeet.  Parry was much loved by Benjamin.  He would talk to me about Parry, saying how cute he was...how he loved to swing...how he and Coco were such good buddies.

Sadly, Parry went to bird-heaven.  

This is Coco...William's parakeet.

I bet Coco is really missing his buddy.

Here they both are in their cage.  This was in September when I was there visiting.

On a happier note, it was so much fun hanging out with all the boys!

William and Benjamin both have a notebook they draw pictures in.  Here, 

William was drawing lines just like he sees at school on writing papers.

    Benjamin is an avid reader!  Here he is working some puzzles in the Hidden Pictures book.

Sullivan was curious what he was reading.

You can really see the lines here.  William was very precise in measuring where the lines should be.

Not doing anything spectacular, just totally enjoying hanging out with the boys...and their sweet mama!

Ron hangs out at the beach with Linz and family!

 Fortunately for Ron, Lindsey and family came up to Ron's neck of the woods to visit her dear friend, Lindsey, and her family!  Lindsey and Lindsey have been great friends since high school.  They both love to be outdoors, so this trip, off to the beach they went.

Game 4 of the tournament

 This game was in a different location.

 I was having to shoot between the wires of the fence.

 This day of the tournament was single elimination...

and we had just lost.

Walt went out to join the team...to listen to his dad...to see his brother...

I know the team would have liked to had one more game...

but for us, we were happy to see the games...to watch Emerson play...

to watch Gabe coach...

My two W's

 We were between games and Walt had come home with us.

He and William were out in the backyard.  This is what I saw!

 There they sat on top of that shed...flying a remote controlled plane.

 Aren't they precious?

I sure think so!

 William wanted me to get a picture of the plane IN THE AIR!

 I did!

    Walt was definitely enjoying himself...having a grand time with his cousin, William...my 2 W's!
