Thalia and I at Garden of the Gods

Thalia was here in July!  She spent the night with us and July 24th, we went to Colorado Springs to the Garden of the Gods.

There is one trail there that leads to the Siamese Sisters.  That's a huge rock that's one piece at the bottom, but separates into 2 as it rises.  In the bottom, there is this hole...and if you look through it, you can see Pike's Peak.  That's where we're sitting in this picture,

I think this park is gorgeous with all the rock formations.  We spent some time just hiking around and taking pictures.

Thalia lives in Florida, so we don't get to see her very often.   We're so proud of her...she was just accepted into nursing school in St. Petersburg!  

I definitely loved having this time with her!

Swimming at the pool

I love watching the boys having fun together!
