A game of baseball on Father's Day!

It was a beautiful day for baseball!  Emerson was up to bat.
I'm not sure if he considered himself 'Buster Posey' at this point in the game...
 But look at that stance!

The pitcher was having a fine game!
There was a little confusion on what a 'strike' was.  Whenever 'Buster' would hit the ball and take off running, he would say he got a strike.  We just need a little clarification on the terminology!

 Eye on the ball.....................

His Papa The batter was telling 'Buster' to scoot back a little...

I'm wondering if he had thrown the batter out...he looks pretty excited!

 Good stop, Buster!
Uh-oh, Papa the runner slid into home...

Next batter......... Looks like they got 3 outs... Buster's team is up....

I'm not sure how many runs they scored, but I'm sure Buster's team is ahead...

"Buster Posey" was telling his pitcher to throw a fast ball!

Uh-oh... Buster didn't call the right ball.  Looks like a homerun was hit by the opposing team.
"Hey, it's OK," said his dad Coach.

It was the bottom of the 9th anyway...

What a great game for 'Buster Posey'!  I'm sure it had a lot to do with his coach :)

Riding his bike

"Emerson...Emerson...look at Mimi..."
 "Emerson!"
and then he started to laugh...
His dad told him he looked like sherbert...all in orange.  I don't think he understood...or cared :)
Gabe brought the bike down the driveway..it's a bit steep for someone not used to riding a bike....
Good job, Gabe...get that helmet on...

Then it was time to get on and ride....

 Yeehaw!
 Emerson rode around the cul-de-sac...

and then that was it...he was done after a couple of times around.  The wobbling of the bike from one training wheel to the other is...well, he's not too sure about it.  Once he got going, he did a great job pedaling...it won't be long before the training wheels are off and he's speeding down trails!

I love your bike, Emerson! (and you:))
