Hanging around the house on the day before Thanksgiving

Sullivan is one well loved little brother!
Both of his brothers just love him to pieces!

Benjamin is very gentle with him, laying beside him and talking to him like in these pictures.

It was a bit rainy...so the boys were in the house...
and their parents went out to lunch.
The wrestling began...

Now you might notice Sullivan and where he is.  I had put him there by the door...he loves the outdoors...and he was checking out the trees.
Here comes the train William!
William does NOT lay beside him gently...
William is VERY affectionate...but he's not gentle about it in any shape or form.
ROUGH is probably a more accurate description.

I think I blinked...
and all of a sudden, Sullivan was in a different spot.
I didn't move him.

Then Sullivan was moved yet again...
Then 5 year old Wild William decided to move him once again!
I'm sure William didn't want Sullivan to be in the line of fire of their wrestling!

Every 90 seconds or so, William would run over and plant a big kiss on Sullivan...

and tell him how much he loves him...

Not long after this, William said he wanted to watch the Pink Panther.
I gladly found it on YouTube...

and then it was calm for 41 minutes.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE all of this.  Watching Benjamin and William playing/wrestling/talking together brings back so many memories of their uncles when they were that age.

Fun times, for sure!

Happy Birthday a little early to my baby brother!

I spent some time today looking for some particular pictures for my niece's daughter.  Well, I didn't find them, but I came across these and thought I'd post them in honor of my baby brother turning a year older on December 1st.
My baby brother...I look at these and think he hasn't changed at all...
a bit older, of course, but still looks the same.
 John David and Becky...
I can't remember if they were married here???
John David when he was just Uncle John...before he became known as the infamous UJ.  Here he is with Joshua...his first nephew!
 Here he is with Lisa...
Lisa and her parents lived a couple of houses down from us when we were younger.  Lisa and John David were roller-skating partners.
This is UJ and the same Joshua in the earlier photo.
This time, they were starting the weight-loss challenge.

Happy Birthday to you, brother dear...a few days early!

Not as many as we had planned...but a great time with Lindsey's family!

This past Tuesday, Lindsey, Donnie, Benjamin, William and Sullivan arrived.
They were a bit later than expected,
but I'll not write here the reason why!
After being in the car for 11...that's E-L-E-V-E-N hours...the boys took a little time for Minecraft!
This is their corner of the family room.
They both have access to a plug...
and a comfy place to sit...
and no one is in their way...
and it's just a cozy place to be.

We had hoped that Gabe,Emily, Emerson, and Walter would also be here...
but Walt got the croup...
We had hoped that Addison, Soo, Remy, and Yuna would be here...
but Addison and Remy had an upper respiratory infection.

So instead of 15, we had 7...
and we still had a grand time!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

My sweet turkey!

I flew back from Denver on November 17.
We were late landing, so when Lindsey picked me up, we went straight to
pick up William from school.

Look what he was wearing!
I LOVE it!

It's getting close to Thanksgiving...
and they're all coming to our home!
That definitely makes me happy!!!

The only picture taken in Denver!!!

I flew to Denver November 10...and flew back November 17.
I took my camera...
and that's about the extent of photography!

I have no idea what happened.
I took my camera out the day before I left to come back after seeing it under some of my clothes.
I was going to ask Brody's babysitter to take a picture of all of us,
but she went down in the basement with him to play.
We went to this great Italian restaurant/winery...
and as we were leaving, John David asked the receptionist to take our picture.

Thank goodness for that!

What did we do in Denver?  We pretty much just were hanging out visiting...Becky and I went shopping one day...
I worked around Mom's house one day...
I cooked a lot of food to freeze for mom another day...
John David was gone for 4 days on a business trip...

but the camera...
I just didn't think about it!
I told myself I hope I'm not getting alzheimer's...

Homework and Minecraft

This was at the end of the day...
these two guys love to play Minecraft.
Benjamin plays on my old iPhone and William plays on the iPad.
 Before Minecraft...was homework!
I don't have any pictures of Benjamin doing his...
but William and I were there by ourselves...
so I took out the camera.

It's still hard for me to believe William is in kindergarten!
All my boys are just growing up faster than I can believe!

Hanging out with the Stewart boys

I just love this picture!!!
I went down to see Lindsey and family a few days before I went to Denver.
Benjamin and William, boy do they love their baby brother!
Sullivan was having a bit of 'tummy time'...

After tummy time, he got to have some fun on his...
well, I don't know what you call it.
It's a mat that he lays on and there are little toys that hang down.

I was trying to get video of Sullivan talking...
he is so vocal!
Everytime i started to film, he got quiet and was more interested in the camera!
William is constantly tellling Sullivan how much he loves him!
So so so sweet!
Precious little men!
