Making Pizza

 One thing the boys and I have done several times is make pizza!

Today, Emerson asked if we could make it.

ABSOLUTELY!!!

 Papa was ready for pizza, too!

However, he preferred I make it for him.

It's so much fun having them together!

I am a happy camper!

Hanging out with my boys on June 17

 Lindsey, Donnie, Benjamin, and William got here about 1:30 a.m. on June 16...

Gabe, Emily, Emerson, and Walt got here about 10 p.m. on June 16.

So here we are on June 17.

Gabe and Emily were at the Oyster Festival...

Lindsey was on a hike with a friend...

Donnie was busy on the computer...

and Ron and I were having fun with these little men!

 Walt LOVES playing outside...

and the older boys did too, but every once in a while, Minecraft took over.

 Walt was in and out..

in and out...

and in and out some more!

 We also played some croquet..

quite a few games, actually!

 William!  He loves this teddy bear...

and I love this picture!

 This was suppose to be a 'funny picture'...so I'm not sure why Ron zoomed in?

 Baxter was a hit...

especially with William!

All the boys adored him,

but William played with him a LOT!

 William and Emerson went from croquet to throwing Baxter's frisbee!

I love hanging out with these little men!

 Baxter!  We just love him so much!

 He's really growing....gaining over 2 lbs in a week!

 Our friend, Kirk, brought over some scaffolding.

Another friend, Michael, fell off a ladder....falling 9 feet and landing on cement, fracturing 3 bones in the side of his face...

Ron fell, holding a chain saw, at Lindsey's...thank you, Jesus, that he caught himself with the side of his arm and didn't fall OUT of the tree, only tore skin off his arm as it slid along the tree...

UCK!

So knowing both Michael and Ron, Kirk brought over his scaffolding for Ron to use as he paints the house.

Baxter is not too sure what to think of the scaffolding.

Baxter checks out the tub...and I try to photograph him

 Baxter decided to check out the tub.

I thought this was good, because I can take pictures of him later to see how much he's grown...compared to the tub

 Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love to take pictures.

 Unfortunately, Baxter isn't the most photogenic since he's SO BLACK!

But I'll keep trying!

Welcome home, Baxter!

 This could be kind of like "Where's Waldo?"

Trying to find Baxter's eyes....his features in general.

He immediately decided he liked his bed...

 and his rope...and his duck.

Parvo is big in this area...

not something we want him to get.

So...untiil he's fully vaccinated, we have to be extremely careful where we take him.

My first task, besides bonding with our little guy,

is starting house-training!

We're hoping it doesn't take TOO long!

Baxter comes home!

 June 4th, we got Baxter.

He was no longer 'Mr. Purple.'

Baxter was 2nd of the litter of 6 to go to a new home.

 We stopped quite a lot coming home to see if Baxter needed to go potty...

He was also getting used to his new leash.

Baxter, as you can see, is black!

Really black!

His nose is black, his eyes are black, his hair is black!

Sometimes I can't even tell if his eyes are open..

or even where they are!

But this little guy is precious!
