Emerson's new house

"Come on in, Mimi!" Emerson called out to me.
"Aren't you coming, Mimi?" he asked as he peeked over the door.
Emerson opened the door to let his Daddy and I know we were most welcome to come in his new house...
He showed us how to ring the doorbell...
He wanted to know if we now understood how it worked...
He was thrilled when we told him we did...

Emerson was relaxing in his new abode...

He's so proud of his new place...he told us he has an 'open door' policy...
Well, maybe it's not open door for everyone...
He pretended for awhile that he was his papa...singing through the house...
It was getting late...and his Daddy came to visit...and to take him to ... well, Emerson didn't want to go anywhere else. He just turned his back on his Daddy...

After a nap...his Daddy said he could come back...

We love your new house, Emerson!

Emerson's original mortgage balance to Daddy was $28 since he included the closing costs in the loan. Daddy knew Eme needed the lowest interest rate possible since he's not making much money these days so Daddy set him up with a 3 day "interest only" option, then adjustable.

Daddy knew he couldn't pay the mortgage so he sold the mortgage to the Government before Eme couldn't pay. Now that we are into the 2nd week, it looks like he may not be able to make his payment.

Daddy has already applied to get bailout money and has his eye on a nice Gulfstream 5 toy jet on Craigslist for Eme!

Emerson, Ive got some strategies that may allow you to come out ahead on your house deal. First, were you pressured into this loan by any form or coercion? For instance, did the loan officer refuse a diaper change at any time in the process. You can remind them of the trouble they may receive for being late on a diaper change. Second, ask them to produce the note. In the buying and selling of your loan it is unclear where the note may be. Unless, of course, the note was used in a diaper change, then dont ask to see it. -your uncle donnie
