Riding lawnmower

Emerson wanted to sit on the lawnmower on Sunday. His mama was only to happy to oblige!

He told his mama he didn't JUST want to sit on it...he wanted to DRIVE it!
"Oh, Eme! You're too little to drive this!" his mama told him.
We tried to distract him by taking pictures...
It didn't work. He had the key...and he wanted to start the lawnmower!
"Uh-oh," Emerson thought. "I wonder what I do now?"
His daddy came to the rescue...
"Wait a minute!" said Mimi. (That's me!) "Let me take a picture of all 3 of you!"

Emerson didn't let us sway him. He kept holding on to the key...
His Papa tried to explain some of the finer points of ... well, I'm not sure!
There was a flat tire...so daddy came to the rescue...finding the pump...getting it hooked in...took a long time!
Emerson's mama was keeping an eye on her baby boy!

"Emerson, what do you want to do?" his mama asked him.
Emerson's daddy came to give a hug and kiss too... and to see what his little guy wanted to do.
Emerson wanted to ride...so ride they did!!!

After a bit too much time taking pictures, in Emerson's opinion, he got a little...upset
when he had to get off the tractor.
Mama was there...she picked up her little man to take him inside and get him ready for his nap.
