Charles Schultz Museum

Last weekend, we met Lindsey, Donnie, Benjamin & William...along with Don and Susan (Donnie's parents) in Santa Rosa.  We went to the Charles Schultz Museum...I knew there was a museum there, but had no idea it was as nice as it is.  They also have an ice skating rink..and a gift shop.

Benjamin was fascinated with this machine that flattened pennies and put an impression in the penny.  I think he did it three times...

We started in the theater where there were Snoopy cartoons...and documentaries constantly showing.
This Snoopy was standing next to the coin machine....holding the penny!

There are different statues of the characters in Snoopy scattered all around the grounds of the museum.

Benjamin really enjoyed this toy.  Do you remember when these were popular?  I remember having them for all sorts of topics...

This statue was right outside the ice skating rink!

William enjoyed the museum, too!  I don't know that he necessarily enjoyed all the Peanuts cartoons, but he enjoyed his Mimi and Papa..and his Grandma an Grandpa!

Charles Schultz...

He has definitely left a legacy!
