Ron's trash cans

We drove up from the park and this is what we saw.

8...only 8 of the 25 trash cans Ron HAS to have.

Well, 25 could possibly be a stretch, but it's a LOT.

Why are they there?

Well, they had trash in them...and he likes to keep his trash cans clean.
