Rocket

 Benjamin does love rockets...airplanes...cars...trucks...etc.  When we were down there over Labor Day weekend, Benjamin went with his Papa and daddy to see the USS Hornet.

 

His papa definitely enjoyed it!

 When they left...this little man got a new toy...

 a rocket...

 William wanted to see it...he really liked the plastic it was wrapped in!

 He also wanted to wear Papa's cap ... the one Benjamin had been wearing...

 Benjamin thought his brother looked cute in it...

 His daddy was trying to show him the different sections (stages?) of the rocket...and where they would come apart...

I do believe the topic of Neil Armstrong was being discussed...

Benjamin has talked about Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin since he could practically talk!

I doubt if he realizes the impact Neil Armstrong had on America and the space program...but someday he will!
