I came home late from my paint class last night. I saw the dutch oven on the stovetop and thought I should probably put it up...but didn't. So this morning I go downstairs and THERE HE WAS! Alright Eskie, that's enough! I reprimanded him (after I took the photo!) and put him down...pushed all the stools all the way up under the bar so he couldn't climb up. I went back upstairs to continue reading
Monkeewrench...and you guessed it, when I came back downstairs, there he was. I have NO IDEA how he even got up there!

NOW THAT IS SOOOOOO FUNNY! HE DOES NOT LOOK COMFORTABLE BUT YOU KNOW HE IS! CUTE ESKIE.

He sure picks weird places to park his body!! Why do cats do that? Mine will lay in the strangest places and I think, "Why doesn't she just stretch out on the carpet?" CATS!!
He is not gonna like it one day if it has boiling water in it...YIKES!!
I think Eskie needs a little bed. It needs to be up high where he can climb and be sure to put a few dishes or pans into it. You have to think like a cat, be a cat - get into his mind!!!

I posted a comment but I did something wrong. I love the picture. Bet it would first prize if you would send it in.. He is so cute. Mother
After all, Eskie is 17 years old. This could be his post mid-life crisis, you know.
Or, he could just be
"going to pot."
Love ya! Bob
Bob, you are SO funny! He's definitely in a mid-life crisis! He's not too happy this weekend because his nephew - Fluffball Stewart - is here visiting. Since Fluffy doesn't know the area, guess who is stuck outside?
I seriously laughed out loud when I saw these pictures! I guess Eskie is more agile than I thought. It looks like the kitchen is his favorite spot. Next time, threaten to cook him in your stew! Just kidding! Miss you and Ron a lot!
