A great Sunday

Sunday...the kids were all here and we spent the day just hanging out...visiting...holding and playing with babies...
Saddie put her great grandson, Benjamin, to sleep. He was pretty comfy on his great-grandma's shoulder.Thalia was enjoying just hanging out in her jammies...Addison was enjoying being with his 'California family'...
Thalia is a perfect cousin...she loves holding both of them! They love her too!
Gabe was... well, he was being Gabe.... At this point, ole Joshua didn't have any idea his brother was clowning around with him.
Joshua may have barely started a hint of a smile because we were all looking at him...
Um? I think this is where he figured it all out and told his baby brother, Gabe, to 'knock it off or I'll take you down!"

Gabe was a bit nervous - well, maybe he wasn't nervous, but he stopped...
"No problemo, Bro," was one of Gabe's replies to his big brother...
Typical Gabe...started flicking Joshua's ear...

"Hey, Gabe, ya want me to take you down NOW?"
"Geez," thought big brother Joshua, "Gabe best leave me alone while I watch this show."

Gabe just made a face or two in response.

Typical Josh and Gabe! I love it.
Addison was enjoying playing with his two new ... um, let's see. Lindsey and Gabe are Addison's cousins...so I guess that makes Benjamin and Emerson his second cousins???
Emerson was fascinated with his cute little bowl. He was actually more interested in what was suppose to be inside the cute little bowl!
He was getting excited in anticipation of some delicious cereal!
Oh boy... a sippy cup!
How cute is this? He has quickly started holding it himself...not for long, but long enough for his Mimi to snap a picture!

Today was the day to try something new... something like carrots!
"Nope,"... Emerson was not too agreeable to this new food...
"Hey, that wasn't too bad!" He liked it!
Thalia, who has an incredible voice, played some music on her guitar for us.
Lindsey was relaxing, reading her book, while her little man snoozed after his dinner.
Erica, still suffering from a 14 hour drive, was relaxing with her book, too.
Dinner time was...RON BURGERS! Yum! Plus we had a couple of different salads for those of us who aren't beef eaters!

The boys loved hanging out together. Benjamin was telling Emerson some cute story...and Emerson gave him a big hug for a job well done!
