Rainbow?

I got out of my car about noon yesterday, looked up and saw this!        12:23:06 p.m.

It was the colors of the rainbow, but it was just a straight line...         12:23:52 p.m.

It kept changing, slightly, for almost an hour!                                 12:25:16 p.m.

 

As you can see, there were some clouds, but it was mostly blue sky... 12:25:43 p.m.

How beautiful is that?  I don't know if  you'd call it a rainbow, because it wasn't a 'bow'....and there had been no rain, and no rain came after.

People around here were posting pictures of it on Facebook...

It was kind of like looking through a prism...
