Grandparents

I've always heard people say that there's nothing like being a grandparent.Thalia showed us that was true. She came into our life and was an instant joy to us.
She loves nature and so we go on little hikes and banana slug adventures when she comes to visit.
She is our first and only granddaughter. A gift from our son Joshua, and one of our sweetheart daughter-in-laws, Erica.

Emerson came next...on May 13th of this year...just over 4 weeks ago. He's the son of our son, Gabe...and his sweetheart wife...our other sweetheart daughter-in-law, Emily...Seventeen days later, on May 30, our little miracle baby, Benjamin was born. He's the son of our daughter, Lindsey, and her incredible husband, Donnie. He actually wasn't due until June 21! But he's here, he's healthy...and now we have two new grandsons... and we couldn't be happier!

His Papa told Benjamin to wave at the camera to say 'hello'.

In Proverbs 17 it says:
Children's children are a crown to the aged...

Ron and I feel like a king and queen!

Well, dear brother, I might once would have quoted part of Proverbs 17:17 - ...and a brother is born for adversity... (back in the days when you spied on Ron and I!) but that wouldn't be talking about my favorite brother or the awesome UJ!
