They meet again!

Emerson and Benjamin had fun hanging out together last week. It was only their second time to play together.

They decided to pretend like they were twins. They had a little help from their Saddie, from their Mimi's friend, Lynne, and from the Kato's in Japan! Here are our two adorable little men in their baseball outfits from their great-grandmother, Saddie. Just because... I decided to throw in a couple of individual shots...
Emerson

Benjamin

My friend, my 'sis', Lynne, gave the boys matching shirts...matching adorable shirts...so 'little boyish'...
The Kato's live in Japan. Now this is pretty special. Lindsey stayed with them when she was 13 years old (she's now 28) and they have stayed in contact all these years. The Kato's have always had a special place in Lindsey's heart, and my guess is, she's had a special place in theirs. After Lindsey had Benjamin, they not only sent a Kimono (can't remember what you call a kimono for a baby...) to Benjamin, but they also sent one to Emerson! "Konnichiwa!" Benjamin said to his cousin, Emerson.

Poor Emerson, he had no earthly idea what Benjamin was saying. He figured it was just 'baby-talk', knowing Benjamin was just a baby...not older and wiser like himself.

Benjamin continued, and told Emerson what they should say to the Kato's. They practiced, and then together said,

"Arigatou gozaimasu!"

I love the pictures with the matching clothes and the last one with the kiminos is great. I love the expression on their faces. Show more, okay? Love, Saddie
