I scanned this photo the other day...but I don't know who it is. I know it's "Charles, Jr." because written on the photo at the bottom it says, "To a swell Grandmother, From a Proud Grandson, Charles, Jr."

Judy, I'm not sure but I believe it is C.W. Tell Henry Jr. to take a look and he should be able to tell who it is. He has kept up with everyone. He went to your Mimi's grave the other day and I believe he put flowers on it. Love you, Mom
